I love panera and all their freshly made bread. When you eat there the food is made to order and you can look to see how fresh it is. On the downside, never get to go. I've ordered togo twice, once there and once on their website. Each time, my order was not made correctly. I even got a salad that was half frozen and wilted. So I guess the lesson of the day is that you should always check your order beforehand or just eat there.

Wow, I've never met so many people in one place that don't care about their job. Terrible customer service and our order is screwed up every time we go. Not worth it unless you want an undercooked, badly sliced bagel without cream cheese (because they'll forget to put our in the bag).

Nine orders take-out. Of course mine is the one they didn't put in the bag. $9.25 wasted. All I got was a "come back." For cold soup and sandwich and 15 minutes more of my time? Not.

What is there to say about Panera that hasn't been said before? This location is in a busy shopping center and can be a pain in the you know what to get to. The building is clean, but it is smaller than other locations. Overall, good Panera location.

They forgot to include the cookie I bought with my rapid pickup order. Would have been 4 stars

Fast service. Love the newer menu items at Panera. Soba noodle bowl is healthy and delicious. Their food keep getting better.

FLIES! Enough already! All the time they're on the food. This was the last straw. Opened my Togo bag & flies flew out! It's an otherwise average Panera bread, but you need to capture all the damn flying insects. Bug larvae eggs in your food here. Have fun hatching those little bugs in you belly!

The building & staff... It's a pretty standard Panera. It's clean, and the service is quick. The majority of the staff at the bakery/registers seem a bit young and play a little more than they should. The food & coffee... The hazelnut coffee is my favorite. It gets the job done with a hint of sweetness. Their bagels, sandwiches, etc are always very good. Overall, this Panera stays close to the things that make this brand so good.

This is one of the Panera locations I'm not very fond of. It's smaller in comparison to the one in Bardmoor plaza, uses more tables than booths, and is severely lacking in outlets to charge my laptop (the aforementioned Panera had outlets under each booth and cushioned seat). Whatever outlets are available are usually taken. On a plus side, this location has a lot of outdoor seating - a hit or miss when you live in Florida. Otherwise, it's pretty standard as far as your typical franchise goes. They've upgraded their menus to reflect a wider selection of u-pick-two items which is perfect for me and my partner. I definitely recommend reading their menu and see what's in their sandwiches and salads if you want to get the most out of a healthy meal, or if you don't want to leave unsatisfied. I really like their Mediterranean veggie, Italian combo without all the fancy sauce, and frontega chicken sandwich. You can't really go wrong with soups.. Or maybe you can. I'm not too crazy with their chicken noodle or garden vegetable, but their French onion, tomato soup, and broccoli cheddar are delicious.. Panera emphasizes a clean environment, and its employees reflect that although sometimes the dishes are neglected. Customer service is average, I never had any problems except for cashiers not changing my cup of soup to a bowl - but that's miniscule compared to what could possibly go wrong. If you're looking for a nice cafe, come to this Panera if you don't mind the hustle and bustle. If you're looking to sit down and study, try the one in Largo.

Lunch at Panera Bread today was absolutely awesome! I had the Sonoma Chicken Stew. The stew had a wonderful cream sauce with carrots and peas with two dumplings added for that outstanding bread taste. And of course chicken. Although not table service, per se, it was served hot and absolutely hit the spot. I would totally recommend you try it. I like this particular location because it is close to my office. As with all the Panera Bread locations parking is at store front mall type setting. They offer sandwiches, soups, salad, coffee, bagels and pastries (another favorite). This location has Wi-fi and seemed to be busy with people taking advantage of this perk while enjoying their favorite food or beverage. Along with their wonderful selection of bread, they offered signature sandwiches that are already designed with a unique flavor in mind. If the items on the menu did not get you interested you could always build your own sandwich. They also offered a pick two option where you can combine a soup and sandwich or a salad. The ending was just as good as the beginning. Pastries and cookies! In this particular location the pastry case is the first thing you see. It is huge! This has to be one of the tastiest hard choices I had to make. It was so hard no to walk away with something. Warmed Peanut Butter cookie! They serve one of my favorites are the bagels. They are fresh and will make a hit for any early morning office surprise. The ambience was café style with background music that kind of encourages you to nestle in with your computer or mobile device. Very clean! Outside seating was available. One of the things I really appreciated, especially because my visit was at lunch, they upon seeing a line had formed they immediately got all order stations open. It did not seem like I waited but a few seconds to get my order placed and the order was ready promptly as well. If you are looking for a quick lunch that is fresh and delicious that offers something to take back to the office. I would recommend this place.

Had the soba noodles and asiago steak. Not a fan of the soba broth. Definitely not miso at all. Pretty sure the lentil soup and soba had the exact same stock. Tasted of faintly tomato paste, no advertised cilantro, and it was spicy. It was more of a Japanese Mediterranean weird fusion. Never ordering that again. The asiago steak was ok if it wasn't for the fact they botched the order. They put in cheddar cheese instead of the actual asiago which is a white cheese. Eh...it was still tasty. I'd chalk it up to an honest mistake. Still, they should at least know what the cheese should look like...

This Panera is so nice. I went there for lunch today and there was plenty of room for a conference. The bread was delicious. I love sourdough bread and theirs is great. I ordered the white cheddar mac & cheese. It was great! My family loved the orange scones. The employees are very friendly and the place is clean. Overall, it is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner.

Very standard Panera. Easy in, easy out within a shopping center. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly employees. Good food. This provided a nice working afternoon location while I was waiting to head to the airport.

It's just like any other Panera bread. The sandwiches they made were pretty good and so were the soup. Good fast food sandwich and soup. Service was good. Attentative to cleaning up tables.

I have never been to a panera bread store before, I had the Cuban chicken panini and it was not worth the price. There was something sweet on it and the Cuban sandwich was just lost on this version.

Panera is fast casual, obviously. That being said, not all ingredients are fresh or made in store. BUT, at this location everything is delicious, perfectly portioned, and it tastes homemade. The staff is friendly and is always happy to give you an extra baguette or let you pick the exact cookie you want from the case without any grumbles or rolling eyes. These guys are on point always.

The chicken hummus power bowl gives me life. I've learned to avoid the rush and use their online ordering system. This will come in handy for the next time I forget my wallet AND lunch at home (about once a week). I could eat at Panera every day and still love it. Their food is delicious and if you enroll in the rewards program you will get free food. The only thing bad about this location is the parking. Come during lunch rush and you'll be circling for a bit.
